GENERAL TERMS
These general conditions regulate the relations between "AGRONIK" Ltd and people using the online store located at www.agronik.com


1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE MERCHANT AND ONLINE STORE OWNER www.agronik.com.
The online store is operated by "AGRONIK" Ltd, with headquarters in the city of Yambol, 18 Angel Kanchev St.

2. DEFINITIONS AND DEFINITIONS USED IN THESE "GENERAL TERMS" CPA - means the Consumer Protection Act. GDPR – means the Personal Data Protection Act. ZPU – means the Postal Services Act. PERSONAL DATA - means personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act. USER - means a user within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. ORDER – the user's individual request to purchase goods on www.agronik.com, request for purchases by phone, or requests sent by e-mail. ONLINE STORE - means the virtual store located at www.agronik.com, providing the opportunity to purchase goods via the Internet. SERVICES - all actions carried out by "AGRONIK" Ltd regarding the offer, sale and delivery of goods from www.agronik.com. TERMS AND CONDITIONS mean these general terms and conditions.


3. REGISTRATION AND SHOPPING.
When shopping on www.agronik.com site, users can register and create their own user profile. Registration includes information about your name and surname, delivery address, contact phone number, and e-mail. By registering, you facilitate possible shopping on the site since you do not have to re-enter your data. It is possible to shop without mandatory registration, which also requires your name and surname, delivery address, contact phone number, and e-mail. Other ways to shop are requests by phone or e-mail.


4. OBJECT OF SALE.
These are all goods on www.agronik.com site, intended for the user, with described characteristics. The site system shows the currently available items.


5. PRICES.
The price of each product is listed on the presentation page of each product. The price is in Bulgarian leva and includes VAT. The price of a product does not include the cost of delivery. Shipping prices are listed separately.


6. ORDERS.
Registered and non-registered users can place orders. By placing an order, users agree to these general terms and conditions. If you would like us to issue you an invoice, please call us or use the contact form on the website.


7. ORDER PROCESSING.
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail or a phone call with information about the product you ordered. Orders placed after 4 pm on weekdays are processed the next business day. All Saturday and Sunday requests are processed on Monday. In case of impossibility to fulfil the order due to temporary unavailability of a given product, as well as in case of shipment delay, you will be informed in a timely manner and necessarily by telephone conversation or by e-mail. You have the right to cancel the order at any stage of the order creation and confirmation. In the event that there is any change regarding the content, value, conditions and terms of delivery of an order placed, you will be informed by telephone call or e-mail and the order will not be sent if we do not receive your personal consent with the amended terms.


8. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
The delivery time is from one to four working days. Delivery by the Speedy courier company is carried out from Monday to Friday (from 9.00 to 17.30) and Saturday to 13.00.

  • Delivery is not made on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Delivery is made through the Speedy courier company with postal money orders for the entire country to an Speedy office or to the address desired by the user. The shipping price depends on the order amount, regardless of the kilo or number of products. For orders up to BGN 500, transport costs are added to the final amount.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. "AGRONIK" Ltd is registered as a personal data controller within the meaning of Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act and undertakes to protect the information provided by you.

  2. Personal data recorded during customer registration are considered strictly confidential and will never be provided to third parties. The information will be used solely and exclusively to fulfil your order.

  3. Your address may be used to send news or promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive newsletters or other informational e-mails from us, you can always unsubscribe, and we MUST comply with your wish.

  4. Users subscribed to our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time. The user account of a particular user can be deleted from the database of www.agronik.com, together with the data attached to it, at any time at the request of the user.

  5. The user agrees to the terms of use of the services of www.agronik.com. By pressing (clicking) on any object, link or button on www.agronik.com, as well as with the link to these "General Terms and Conditions", it is considered that the user is familiar with them, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them.
